I was RAISED IN Morton, PA.

Besides way too much homework, my day consists of dancing and playing with my dog Yoyo.  Over the years, the UNIQUELY YOU SUMMIT has taught me that we all belong in this world. We do not have to be afraid to use our voice or express our opinions. And you can do anything you want and you don’t have to be afraid to do it!

I define #FORTHELOVEOFBLACKGIRLS as an inspiration for young black girls who may not feel as if they have a voice.

I feel most brave when I'm dancing. Beautiful when I sing, and brilliant when I am in math class.  If I could tell black girls one secret, it would be, "don’t be afraid to try your hardest."  And if I could change ONE STEREOTYPE about black girls, it would be, "the idea that black girls are not smart."

But by #BlackGirlInspirations are Keke Palmer & Zendaya. Right now I'm reading "The Isle of the Lost," by Melissa de la Cruz.

I will use my COVER GIRL PLATFORM to be a positive example and role model for young black girls around the world. I want them to know that they are beautiful and unique in their own way.

And I will use it in service to black girls who do not know their beauty.
